Sağlık kurulunda çalışanların iletişim sorunları ve çözüm önerileri üzerine nitel bir araştırma

Abstract

Amaç: Sağlık kurulu, özel ya da devlet kurumlarınca kişilerden istenen sağlığıyla ilgili bilgileri içeren sağlık raporlarının alındığı yerdir. Bu kurullar, hastayla çalışanın yüz yüze iletişimde olması sebebiyle iletişim sorunlarının yaşandığı yerdir. Bu sebeple çalışmada, sağlık kurulunda çalışanların iletişim sorunlarının neler olduğu ve bu sorunlara yönelik çözüm önerilerinden bahsedilmiştir. Metod: Çalışma kapsamında sağlık kurulunda çalışan 7 personel ile amaçlı örneklem yöntemi kullanılarak derinlemesine görüşmeler yapılmıştır. Görüşmelerin çözümlenmesi içerik analiz yöntemiyle gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda sorunların ne olduğu belirlenmiş ve çözüm önerileri sunulmuştur. Bulgular ve Sonuç: Araştırma sonucuna göre ise çalışanların hem hastalarla hem de çalışma arkadaşları ile asıl sorunlarının iletişim yetersizliğinden kaynaklandığı ortaya çıkmış ve bu konuda eğitim almaları gerektiği anlaşılmıştır.

Aim: The health board is the place where health reports containing information about the health requested from individuals by private or state institutions are received. These boards are the places where communication problems are experienced due to the fact that the patient and the employee are in face-to-face communication. For this reason, in the study, the communication problems of the employees in the health board and the solution suggestions for these problems are mentioned. Method: Within the scope of the study, in-depth interviews were conducted with 7 personnel working in the health board using the purposeful sampling method. The analysis of the interviews was carried out with the content analysis method. As a result of the research, the problems were determined and solution suggestions were presented. Findings and Conclusion: According to the results of the research, it was understood that the main problems of the employees, both with the patients and their colleagues, were caused by the lack of communication and it was understood that they should receive training on this subject.
